Individual Therapy
People come to therapy for many different reasons - anxiety, low mood, stress, past experiences that continue to affect the present, or simply a sense that something is not quite settled.

I work integratively, adapting therapy to each person rather than following a single model. Some sessions may involve reflecting on patterns and relationships, while at other times therapy may focus more practically on coping, understanding emotions, or finding new ways forward.

My clinical training began in Adlerian psychotherapy and has developed to include long term psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive-behavioural approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT). I also offer Brainspotting - a gentle, focused approach that can help people process emotional pain or past known and unknown experiences when words alone are not enough.

The first session offers an opportunity to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and consider together whether this feels like the right fit.

Working With Children And Parenting
I offer therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties, as well as for parents who may be concerned about their child’s wellbeing or the parent–child relationship.
My experience includes working with children and families in schools, charitable organisations, and therapeutic settings. Sessions are adapted to the child’s developmental stage. With younger children, therapy often involves play, creative activities, and storytelling, while older children and adolescents may prefer conversation-based sessions.
I also offer parent consultations and parenting support informed by Adlerian principles, focusing on understanding children’s emotional needs, strengthening relationships, and developing encouraging and respectful ways of responding to behaviour.
The aim is to support both the child and the family in creating a more secure and positive relational environment.

Couples therapy
Couples therapy offers a space for partners to reflect on their relationship together. Sessions provide an opportunity to better understand yourselves and each other, explore patterns of communication, and consider what may be contributing to current difficulties.
The aim is not to assign blame, but to support greater understanding, clearer communication, and the possibility of responding to one another’s needs in new ways. We may work towards shared goals while also recognising each partner’s individual experience within the relationship.

Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees who would like a reflective space to think about their work.
My approach is collaborative and integrative. Supervision provides an opportunity to explore clinical understanding, therapeutic relationships, ethical questions, and the emotional impact of practice.
Alongside my clinical work, I have experience teaching and supporting counselling students, which informs my interest in working with therapists at different stages of training and practice.
